Diana Cho offers life coaching to deaf and hard of hearing individuals and groups from her experience in the everyday world. Through coaching, people can focus on their potential to undertake a journey of purpose and enhance their quality of life. Coaching is not teaching or counseling; it is an act of sharing and empowerment. Diana can help individuals in a variety of areas including, but not limited to, career development, leadership, relationships, facilitation, transitions, communication, self care, time management, and prioritization.
To illustrate a few examples, some individuals struggle to embark on a project and want to stop procrastinating; some people find it difficult to work with someone and want to do something about it; some people feel ready for a new change in life and do not know what to do next; and some people feel like someone walks over them and want to find their way out. These and many more situations are circumstances that individuals confront within a wide range of contexts and levels, and coaching may be a valuable way to help them illuminate or light on ways which would allow them to move farther.
Through coaching, Diana can help you address your situation(s) in different ways as listed:
present questions to consider and to stretch your horizons, help clarify your choices and goals, provide honest feedback when necessary, help you explore alternatives worthy of your consideration, help identify your strengths, suggest practical tools, approaches or activities to help you serve your greater purpose, and/or suggest resources that may best aid with your specific needs.
Throughout your learning process and evolution, Diana will provide you with support. Her approach includes a combination of her creativity, experience, education, and intuition, and depends on what she too may light on at any moment.
Coaching can be done through video phone/call utilizing American Sign Language or instant messaging and e-mail. Deaf and hard of hearing people from anywhere in the world are welcome to request coaching assistance, regardless of their personal or professional level.
